How we work

Three-month minimum. Quarterly retro with the founder + CMO. Async by default — one weekly written update, two 30-minute syncs, no Slack-as-water-cooler. We share our working doc, you can comment any time. Renewals happen when the math compounds.

We don't take on competitors. If we're already running paid for a team in your sub-vertical, we'll tell you on the first call.
